White Leaf Yurt & Ojas Sauna, Great Missenden

End the cycle of tired but wired

High cortisol and burnout aren't just mental states, they are physical experiences. The Reset Ritual is a carefully designed half day retreat for women who are running on empty, and looking to slow down, breathe, and come home to themselves.

This immersion designed by your hosts Samantha Joy and Samantha Van Gemert will help you reclaim your sense of peace and inner balance.

We’ve curated a journey to move you out of "fight or flight" and back towards calm using science-backed regulatory tools and deep restorative practices. You will feel seen and supported as we move through this transformational retreat and leave with a sense of community, connection and self compassion.

Meet Your Hosts

Samantha Joy

Sammy is a heart led practitioner, registered nutritionist, intuition coach and space holder. She offers her unique, holistic approach to health through her business Samantha Joy Wellness, where she guides people to a place of deep healing at the root cause of physical symptoms.

Sammy discovered yoga as a university student in 2000, relying on it as a grounding practice until she fully embraced her spiritual life in 2018 when she became a yoga teacher on Koh Phangan, Thailand. Since then she has embraced and studied a variety of Eastern and Western healing modalities including reiki, sound healing and Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage, to truly embody health as a holistic practice.

Sammy holds space for vulnerability, authentic expression, and intuitive connection through coaching, retreats, ceremony, movement, and sound. With deep reverence for plant medicine, nature and the wisdom of the body, Sammy creates containers where people can remember their wholeness and reclaim their intuitive inner voice.
