Solstice Fire Ceremony

Reset Ritual Summer Retreat

Join us for a nervous system reset this summer at the gorgeous White Leaf yurt and Ojas Sauna at Oxmoor Farm. We will gather in sacred circle while to do intentional restorative practices including breathwork and guided meditation, a talk on gut health and the nervous system, lymphatic drainage self massage guided in the sauna, grounding yoga and sound healing.
