Roots to Resonance:
New Moon Ritual
Cacao, Yin And Sound Ceremony To Journey Back To Yourself, Your Authentic Expression And Deep Relaxation.
11th Sept 7-8.30pm
The White Leaf Yurt, Great Missenden
12 spaces only
We're back. 🤍
After stepping away for the summer, Roots to Resonance returns under September's new moon, and it feels only right that our first ceremony back is about coming home.
Home to yourself. Home to your body. Home to the quiet, steady safety that lives underneath all the doing.
This new moon invites a pause. A chance to soften, to root down, and to remember what it feels like to be held, by the season, by the circle, and by yourself.

We'll Journey Through...
Grounding Meditation & Cacao Ceremony
We'll open with heart-opening cacao and a grounding meditation, setting a clear intention for the season ahead and reconnecting deeply with yourself before we move.
Yin Practice
A slow, spacious yin practice to open the body, release what's ready to be released, and reconnect with the wisdom your body has been holding all along.
Sound Journey
We'll close in stillness, bathed in a live sound journey woven from guitar, crystal alchemy bowls, and drum, letting the body integrate and settle into deep rest and relaxation.
