Through a slow, restorative yin practice, you'll be guided into deep, held postures that invite your nervous system to settle and soften. As you rest in each shape, you'll receive hands-on reiki healing - a gentle energetic recalibration that prepares you for the deeper work ahead; where you begin to feel safe enough to let go.​
Guided New Moon Meditation
From the grounded space of yin, we'll journey inward through a guided meditation designed to attune you to the energy of the new moon. You'll be invited to sense the quiet, fertile darkness, the void from which all new things are born. Here, you'll begin to feel what is ready to be released and what is waiting to emerge.​
Cacao Ceremony & Intention Setting
You'll be served heart-opening ceremonial cacao - the plant medicine that softens our defences and reconnects us to our deepest truth. As the cacao works its gentle magic, you'll set a clear intention for this new moon cycle​

Journaling & Seed Ritual
In quiet introspection, journal on the old stories you're ready to release. You'll be given a seed to represent that old narrative, then step outside and bury it in the earth, giving it back to the ground to decompose and transform. This is energetic completion. When you return, the space inside you will be empty, ready for something new to take root.​

Voice Work & 417Hz Solfeggio Toning
Accompanied by guitar, you'll tone and sing with 417Hz - the Solfeggio frequency of change and transformation. This specific tone clears negativity, releases stuck patterns, and facilitates deep emotional healing. As you sound, you are vibrationally rewriting your internal landscape and giving your new narrative a voice.​
Guided Sound Journey & Light Code Activation
Lie back and receive a 30-40 minute sound journey with crystal bowls, shamanic drum, and koshi chimes. Meet Your Host
Sammy is a heart led practitioner, nutritionist, intuition coach and space holder. She began her journey as a yoga student, fully embracing her spiritual life in 2018 when she became a yoga teacher on Koh Phangan, Thailand. Since then she has studied a variety of healing modalities including reiki, sound healing and chi nei tsang abdominal massage. Sammy holds space for healing, expression, and intuitive connection through ceremony, movement, and sound. With deep reverence for plant medicine and the wisdom of the body, Sammy creates containers where people can remember their wholeness and reclaim their voice.
